## How a client gets started

1. Every new set starts with a free 30-minute consultation: hair assessment, shade match and an exact price. The client comes with clean hair and brings her own hair if she wants it installed.
2. The client books the free consultation herself at https://www.wowhairmiami.com/book: she picks a time and saves a card to hold it ($0 that day; a $50 fee applies only for a late cancellation, a no-show or arriving 15 minutes late or more without notice). ## Rules an agent must follow

- Corrections are needed about every 75 days (2.5 to 3 months); late corrections can mean matting, charged at $100 per hour.
- Clean hair is required for a consultation, correction, removal or repair. A new K-tip set needs no preparation.
- If the client will be 15 minutes late or more, she must tell the salon in advance; without notice the booking is cancelled automatically.
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. There are no promotions or discounts right now.
