After this period your natural hair grows out moving the capsules away from the root — rebonding brings everything back into place. With regular rebonding, the same hair can be reused multiple times.

Yes — Slavic & European Hair looks and behaves just like your natural hair. Wash 2–3 times per week with sulfate-free shampoo. Do not apply conditioner near the bonds. Blow dry, curl, and straighten as normal — use heat protectant. Always brush gently from the ends upward. Avoid oil-based products near the bonds.

Rebonding (Re-capsulation) is a maintenance service where we remove your existing capsules and re-attach them closer to the root using new keratin bonds — without replacing the hair. You need rebonding when your capsules have grown out 2–3 inches from the root (usually after 3–4 months). Rebonding extends the life of your Slavic Hair — the same strands can be reused 2–3 times. Re-capsulation is $100 per 100g; a full correction (removal, re-bonding and reinstall) is usually $550–$750.

How do I prepare for my extension appointment?

Extensions are not recommended for: very short hair under 3–4 inches, severely damaged or chemically over-processed hair, active scalp conditions (psoriasis, severe dandruff, alopecia), certain medications affecting hair health, hair that recently underwent heavy bleaching.
