Prices and consultation

Prices on this website are ranges. Work and hair are priced separately, and full new sets start from $700. Your exact price is confirmed at a free consultation, before any work begins.

If more hair is needed than planned, your stylist will tell you and ask before continuing.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the end of your appointment.

Results

Your result depends on the condition, length, density and color of your natural hair. Example photos show our work, not a guarantee of an identical result. Your stylist will tell you honestly what is achievable before we begin.

Losing 50 to 100 natural hairs a day is normal and continues with extensions. Naturally shed hair stays in the bond until removal; this is not damage.

Aftercare and corrections

How long your extensions last depends on home care. You agree to follow the aftercare instructions you receive. Damage caused by improper home care is not the salon's responsibility.

Extensions need a correction every 2.5 to 3 months. If you wait longer, matting may occur, and extra time to remove it is charged at $100 per hour.

The 3-day fix

If something is not right in the first 3 days, such as a bond that hurts, a strand sitting badly or placement you don't like, tell us and we will fix it at no charge. Please give us that chance before leaving a review.

Removal is a separate service and is always charged, including when you ask to remove the extensions within those 3 days.

Refunds

Hair that has been opened or applied is non-refundable. Work already performed is non-refundable.

Hair you bring yourself

If you provide your own hair, its quality and lifespan are your responsibility. We cannot guarantee it, and the 3-day fix does not apply to it.

Clients under 18

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and sign any consent form on your behalf.

Photos

We only use photos of your hair on social media or this website with your written consent. Saying no never affects your appointment.
