Privacy policy

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, appointment details, photos of your hair you send us, notes about your hair and scalp history from our consent forms, and your electronic signature.

Information collected automatically when you visit this website: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived, for example from an ad or a search. We use cookies and similar technologies for this.

How we use it

To reply to your messages, give you a price, schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders, keep a record of your consent, improve our website and measure our advertising.

Card details

When you save a card or pay, the card is handled by our payment processor (Stripe or Square). We never see or store your full card number; only the last four digits are kept on file.

Services we use

We share information only with providers that run our business for us: our client management and messaging platform, our payment processors, and analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity). They may use it only to provide their service to us.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We text you only if you agreed to it, for example by checking an SMS box on our contact form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS terms for details.

Photos

Photos of your hair are used in our marketing only with your written consent.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are our client and as long as needed for records the law requires. Ask us and we will delete what we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, turn off cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
